Vodafone launches Business Elements

Enables small businesses to customise smartphone and MBB plans, data packs and voice add-ons

Vodafone has released its Business Elements suite of products that enables small businesses to customise their smartphone and mobile broadband plans, data packs and voice add-ons to best-fit their mobility needs.

According to Vodafone, it was the first to introduce shared voice business plans and has now applied the same idea to allow small office / home office and SME customers tailor a plan that shares both voice and data amongst the voice and data plans on their account.

Vodafone said research highlighting small businesses’ want of their telco providers to work with them and offer bespoke solutions, not just deals and cheap handsets was the reason behind the product launch.

“Small business customers are looking for the flexible and customisable plans that larger businesses have access to, without the complexity required to buy them,” Vodafone head of business product and planning, Andy Malakooti, said. With Vodafone’s Business Elements, he intends to help its small office / home office and SME customers by tailoring a plan that allows them to share voice and data amongst their employees, help them mobilise their business and increase productivity. Business Elements uses a modular approach containing four elements – voice plans, voice add-ons, data plans and shared data packs.
