Samsung Electronics Australia has appointed Tony Ignatavicius as its IT division director effective immediately.
Ignatavicius will be responsible for leading the product marketing team across Samsung’s IT division, which includes notebooks, printers, monitors, and large format displays for B2C and B2B.
“Ignatavicius’ extensive experience and proven track record in the commercial and consumer IT market made him the perfect fit to strengthen Samsung’s IT business,” Samsung telecommunications and IT vice-president, Tyler McGee, said.
Before Samsung, Ignatavicius was the head of commercial sales for Synnex Australia, where he managed the operations and national strategy for the company.
Additionally, Ignatavicius has held senior roles within HP.
