NZ-based MYOB reseller expands to Australia

Enprise Group wants to have a nationwide coverage in the next 12 months.

New Zealand-based MYOB reseller, Enprise Group, has started its journey to expand across Australia.

Enprise managing director, Mark Loveys, is actually the original developer for MYOB EXO, the software vendors’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) product for medium-sized businesses.

Enprise was started in New Zealand to sell MYOB EXO and the company now has more than 500 customers in the country.

The reseller recently set up an office in Bondi Junction, Sydney, due to demand for MYOB EXO in Australia.

According to Enprise, the EPR software has an 18 per cent market share down under.

Enprise currently supports around 270 MYOB payroll product customers in Australia. With an existing customer base and a growing demand for MYOB EXO, Loveys saw a great opportunity to expand.

The Sydney office currently has two sales staff and two implementation staff which have lead to the signing of several significant deals with customers in the region.

Enprise’s objective is to eventually have an office in every Australian capital city.

“We have some Australia-based investors and we will be using that with the combination of acquisitions to grow in Australia,” Loveys told ARN. “We want to invest in hiring staff and potentially buying up companies to have a nationwide coverage in the next 12 months.

“With a larger organisation comes economy of scale to hire extra staff that can specialise in different verticals.”

Ultimately, he wants to see Enprise become a $20 million revenue company in Australia.

Loveys did not reveal any immediate acquisition plans.

Enprise Group is also a solutions developer for SAP.
