What will be new in the iPad 3?
Rumours about the iPad 3 have been published for months, some wild speculation, others sounding closer to the mark. At the very least, expect the iPad 3 to have a higher resolution screen, better cameras, a faster processor and more memory.
The most consistent iPad 3 rumour seems to be the presence of a 2048×1536 resolution "retina" display, a huge boost over the current iPad 2's screen. If it comes to fruition the iPad 3 will be just the third product to use a retina display following the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S.
Other rumours have suggested the iPad 3 will include a quad-core processor and may come with 4G connectivity, while an improved camera (either 5 or 8-megapixels), a HD front camera to significantly improve the quality of Facetime calls, and more memory have also been widely reported additions.
What do you want to see in the iPad 3?
You've read all the rumours, but what do YOU want to see in the iPad 3? Maybe you don't care about a higher qualityscreen and are more interested in an NFC chip? Maybe you want better battery life, or more memory? Maybe you're desperate for an SD card slot to make it easier to upload your photos? Let us know in the comments below!
