Keeping track of all your travel plans can be tricky, and WorldMate is here to help make things a bit easier.
The app works by automatically adding your travel bookings to build your itinerary.
It starts by identifying your flight, hotel, and car rental details from the confirmation emails on your BlackBerry.
WorldMate the collates the data together into a single itinerary that is stored on the device or on the WorldMate website.
While you’re on your trip, the app will guide you on your journey with weather and flight reminders, directions to your accommodation or destination, and much more.
The basic app is free, but those that invest in premium membership can expect to receive additional services such flight alerts that suggest alternative flights if needed, as well as priority customer support.
Pros: Practical and easy to use app for travel.
Cons: You need to keep track of your confirmation emails to ensure they are imported into the app.
Verdict: It’s like having your own personal travel assistant.
