HP names Appleby as channel sales organisation director

HP Australia has announced that Margrith Appleby will resume the role of channel sales organisation director of the Personal Systems Group (PSG) effective from January 2012.
In this role, Appleby will be responsible for planning and executing the HP PSG channel strategy across the commercial, SMB, distribution and retail segments.
Appleby has over 27 years of sales experience and has held several senior sales roles at HP, including her most recent position as sales director for the PSG commercial sales team where she was responsible for driving sales across the enterprise, government, education and global account segments.
HP PSG South-Pacific vice-president, Janice Cox, said, “She brings extensive experience to the team and we are confident in her ability to further develop our strong relationships in the channel.”
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
