Aria Technologies has partnered with engin to further its reach into the VoIP market.
The partnership will combine IP telephony from Aria hardware partner LG-Ericsson, with the IP network infrastructure from engin. The solution is NBN-ready, according to a release from the company.
“VoIP technology in Australia has well and truly evolved to the point where businesses can converge their voice and internet services, and be confident that they will enjoy the same level of call quality, if not better, than their existing voice line subscriptions,” Aria Technologies partner manager, David Meadow, said in the release.
“With the NBN being progressively deployed across the country, we are excited to be partnering with engin to provide customers with a solution that is ready to take advantage of VoIP technology now, and when the NBN is switched on in their locale.”
The solution will be available from December, and will be billed as a monthly line service fee from $7.50 per trunk with untimed 10 cent calls to local and national numbers.
engin is further offering two months free access as part of this new partnership.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
