Software and hardware solutions provider, Emerson Network Power, has partnered with Queensland-based national communications and ICT services company, TTGroup Communications, further extending its certified solutions partner program in Australia.
As a certified solutions partner, TTGroup gains access to Emerson’s power protection, precision cooling, environmental monitoring, datacentre infrastructure management and enclosure solutions technology.
It can also provide its customers to Emerson’s nationwide, 24x7 support networks, training and services.
According to TTGroup chief executive officer, Bob Bishop, power and cooling are essential components of most ICT projects and with the growth of Cloud-based datacentre communications solutions, its need has increased.
“Partnering with Emerson gives our customers access to power and cooling technologies, along with a range of specialised infrastructure solutions that perfectly complement the turnkey design, development and implementation services we offer,” he said.
The partnership also provides TTGroup’s staff access to advanced support and training services.
Bishop also said that working with Emerson enables TTGroup to offer its larger customers and a number of major regional councils and hospitals direct access to infrastructure solutions and seamless integration with the ICT solutions already provided by the company.
Emerson Network Power A/NZ senior sales director, Chris Mandahl, said, “Working with TTGroup greatly enhances the reach of our partner program beyond traditional infrastructure specialists into the broader communications market.”
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
