Laserfiche Mobile
Cost: Free | Developer: Laserfiche | Platform: iOS | Version 8.2 | 6.1 MB | 4.0+
Laserfiche Mobile is a new app that provides you with the freedom to view and accept workplace documents and take and upload new documents with the iPhone camera, when on-the-go.
It allows you to work with documents inside your Laserfiche repository as well as new information, providing you with access to whatever you need, wherever you are. You can search across all documents in a repository, browse to documents using the folder browser and manage it using copy, move, rename, print, and delete. Utilising the metadata fields, document workflow status can be updated as well.
After capturing a document with the camera, it can be immediately uploaded and the link emailed to your other colleagues.
Its other features include: pan and zoom features while reading a document, the ability to copy document text for use in other apps and processes and clean up captured documents for easier viewing.
Pros:
Cons: Requires additional add-on systems. Verdict: Lets you access the Laserfiche repository on the move. Get it here: Got a favourite app? Email our appmeister, Patrick Budmar, your review or the name of the app you would like to see reviewed.
