Apple will lift the lid on its latest Australian retail store this Saturday, September 24. The Hornsby Apple Store will open its doors for the first time at 10am.
The Hornsby Apple store will be the 13th in Australia since the opening of the flagship Sydney City store three years ago, and the 7th store in New South Wales. It will contain the usual hallmarks of an Apple Store — the genius bar, one-to-one personal training areas, workshops and a space for kids to play. There is no doubt it will also carry the usual array of modern design and overzealous cheering.
Like every Apple retail store, the Hornsby Apple Store will sell all products emblazoned with the famous Apple logo including the latest MacBook Air, the MacBook Pro, iMac, the iPad 2, the iPhone 4 and the entire iPod range. The store will also sell a range of third-party accessories.
As reported when the company opened its Penrith retail store, Apple planned to have 363 stores worldwide by the end of the fiscal year in 2011. The Apple fiscal year ends on 25 September.
The Apple Store Hornsby is located at Westfield Hornsby, Shop 2090-2093, 236 Pacific Highway, Hornsby NSW 2077.
