Melbourne-based distributor, Alloys, has recently added Epson’s business inkjet printers – including the B-310 and B-510 - to its distribution list for the Australian reseller market.
The company is Epson’s premier value-added distributor in the print imaging space.
It currently has access to all of Epson’s products, including its document management products and projection products.
For the latest range, Alloys will be targeting the full channel, especially the SME environment, with its low TCO and paper handling capabilities.
Alloys marketing manager, Kane Ford, said, “Alloys has been a long-term partner for Epson, probably spanning 25 years and the new addition of their products builds on our existing Epson portfolio in the consumer space. It’s really about expanding that partnership.”
According to Epson business unit manager, Craig Heckenberg, Alloys was chosen for its strong print knowledge and position in developing reseller channels.
“Alloys’ significant SME channel population and print focus will educate the market on the low running costs and paper handling this product can provide for SME businesses,” he said.
At this stage, the new range will be offered as a stand-alone product but, as the company has an extensive Epson offering, there will be possibilities for the range to be bundled with other business aligned products.
