IP Payments appoints new CFO

Corporate payment provider, IP Payments, has appointed Vinay Chand as its new chief financial officer.
Chand will be responsible for the company’s capital and risk management, financial and audit reporting, and forecasting and variance analysis.
“Vinay joins a rapidly expanding and evolving IP Payments team, his strategic, operational and financial experience will help drive our business forward as we look to grow our revenues even further over the coming years,” IP Payments director Mark Lewis, said.
Chand brings over 17 years of experience into the role, having worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, BT Financial and Commonwealth Bank Australia.
Prior to joining IP Payments, Chand held the position of head of finance and risk with AMP Bank.
Chand’s appointment follows a string of appointments made by IP Payments in recent months off the back of strong business growth, such as the addition of three new business solutions managers, a talent and development manager, two software developers and an operations support manager.
