Netgear offers hardware replacement service to customers

The hardware replacement service is included at no extra charge to businesses and lasts for the first three years of the warranty period on selected products

Netgear customers will be able to take advantage of a new hardware replacement service on offer from the networking vendor.

The hardware replacement service is included at no extra charge to businesses and lasts for the first three years of the warranty period for all ProSafe managed switches, ProSafe wireless controllers and rackmount ReadyNAS network storage products.

It applies to products purchased after July 1.

“Mid-size enterprise IT customers are increasingly seeking reliable, affordable and simple solutions to improve productivity without forgoing additional budget,” Netgear A/NZ managing director, Ryan Parker, said.

“Netgear’s next business day on-site hardware replacement service gives Australian businesses the confidence to focus on what is important to them – their business.”

Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
