Infrastructure management solutions provider, Raritan, has launched its Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) product suite, dcTrack.
The solution is an all-in-one tool that enables datacentre infrastructure management throughout facilities, networks and IT.
It allows businesses to maintain accurate, real-time views of datacentre servers, blades, virtual servers, network devices, applications, data connections and power chains.
dcTrack also presents up-to-the-minute views of a centre's power consumption, heat dissipation, raised floor space and rack elevations – permitting businesses to optimise their current operations, assets and infrastructure.
Raritan A/NZ director, Gary Hull, said, “We are sensing that the market has a tremendous appetite for DCIM tools at the moment and it is one of the fastest growing spaces in the enterprise class datacentre management.”
He said the company aims to reach large, commercial class datacentres dealing with core issues – including constant change, capacity management constraints and asset management.
dcTrack is available from Anixter and Avnet group.
Prices ranges from $10,000 for a sub-20 rack license to $850,000 for a 2000 rack license.
