IP storage, networking and security distributor, Lan 1 has relocated to a new Western Australia branch located in Belmont, Perth.
With larger premises the distributor can accommodate more staff and include dedicated training, consultation and demonstration facilities across its product portfolio.
According to Lan 1 marketing manager, Matthew Bertram, the investment was a direct result of the growing reseller base in WA.
“The WA market is somewhat isolated compared to that of the east coast. Our strategy is to become a knowledge hub for the WA reseller market, “ Bertram said.
“The new office will enable us to provide partners with the expertise to not only identify, specify and sell solutions, but also provide them the necessary hands-on experience to successfully deploy and support these solutions.”
Lan 1 offers a range of training courses to its resellers, educating on both the sales and technical aspects of its portfolio.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
