DGTEC partners with AWA for warranty services

AWA warranty services will cover DGTEC product portfolio featuring LCD TVs, set top boxes, personal video recorders, DVD players and audio

AWA has been appointed as the major service provider for home entertainment vendor, DGTEC in Australia. It will provide product repair services across its multiple service locations across the country. This will also be supplemented by AWA’s regional agent network covering more than 700 locations.

AWA will supply in and out of warranty service for DGTEC customers across the product portfolio that features LCD TVs, set top boxes, personal video recorders, DVD players and audio.

DGTEC joins other AWA customers including NEC and Panasonic.

Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
