Storage and multimedia product manufacturer, Transcend, has introduced two new high-capacity portable hard drives – the StoreJet 25H3P and StoreJet 25H2P.
The StoreJet 25H3P is USB 3.0 powered and has transfer speeds of up to 90MB/s. It also contains full backwards compatibility, allowing users to access their content from nearly any computer.
The USB 2.0 powered StoreJet 25H2P is a cost-effective version of the former storage solution.
Both drives contain 1TB storage capacities and are bundled with the latest Transcend Elite data management software, which enables users to keep rich digital content structured, secure and up to date.
The models are equipped with a one-touch auto-backup button, enabling users to instantly synchronise data with their computer.
They also encompass a three stage shock-resistant system, a sturdy shockproof case, an anti-slip rubber enclosure, a reinforced hard casing and an internal hard drive suspension damper. Transcend offers a three-year warranty for the drives.
Distributors for the products include: Cellnet, Synnex and WestGroup for Australia and Cellnet, Datawell, Ingram Micro and Synnex for NZ. The StoreJet 25H2P and StoreJet 25H3P are available in A/NZ, priced at $225.95 ($NZ299) and $235.95 ($NZ319) RRP, respectively.
