Specialist networking distributor, inTechnology, has established a distribution deal with Ruckus Wireless.
Under the deal, inTechnology will have access to the line of Ruckus ZoneFlex Smart Wireless LAN products to supply its 300 reseller and solution provider customers across A/NZ.
The ZoneFlex Smart Wireless LAN products combine adaptive antenna technologies and smart Wi-Fi meshing within a centrally managed architecture.
“We’re seeing the demand for better coverage, more scalable and truly cost-effective Wi-Fi systems that remove the deployment and management complexities found in other wireless networking solutions,” InTechnology group managing director, Mark Winter, said. “The choice to add Ruckus to our existing wireless technology portfolio is to provide our partners with some extremely competitive cross selling opportunities and the ability for our partners to increase both their product and services revenue.
“In the past, our focus has been education, however with the addition of Ruckus this opens up new and broad market segments for us, our partners and the vendors we represent.”
Ruckus country manager, Carl Jefferys, said with the distribution deal in place, it would be able to capitalise on building momentum within the Wi-Fi market.
inTechnology has kicked off the distribution agreement with an aggressive marketing and education campaign for its existing resellers as well as to attract new resellers focused in the Wi-Fi space.
