Kroll Ontrack launches new certification program for A/NZ resellers

Data recovery and legal technologies products and services provider, Kroll Ontrack, has implemented its data recovery certified partner program.
This new certification program offers A/NZ qualified and existing partners, including information technology providers, resellers and consultants with informational materials and training to enhance their ability to service customer’s data loss situations. Company general manager in Asia-Pacific, Adrian Briscoe said, "This certification program provides partners with access to a proven data recovery methodology, helping them to improve the quality of services they provide and stay aware of the latest technological developments."
The process includes a series of online training courses that are available for free as podcasts.
In order to be certified, partners must register and fulfil a minimum of four of the following courses: the basics of data recovery, how to present and sell data recovery as a service, data recovery in virtual environments, data management solutions for Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint recovery and secure and reliable data destruction.
Upon completing the requirements, newly certified organisations will get access to the Kroll Ontrack partner resource centre and a welcome package.
Certified partners will obtain special data recovery services promotions and discounts on customer software solutions when referring or reselling data recovery services. Ontrack Data recovery solutions utilises its do-it-yourself, remote and in-lab capabilities to aid businesses and consumers recover lost or corrupted data from numerous types of operating systems and media and storage devices.
