ARN recently conducted a comprehensive study into the state of the IT channel revealing intriguing information on management strategies, technology directions and challenges ahead

ARN recently conducted a comprehensive survey detailing The State of the IT Channel.

The study provided valuable insight into the management strategies, technology directions, salaries, challenges and opportunities.

The data collated in the report was compiled from responses in December 2010 to January 2011.

The respondents were an extremely senior group of management executives with half of responses deriving from a CEO/ managing director level, and a quarter from the head of sales.
