Nintendo 64 emulator arrives on Android

You can now play old Nintendo 64 games on your Android smartphone thanks to new app, N64oid.
The app gives you the chance to play such classic titles as Mario 64, The Ocarina Of Time, Goldeneye, and many more, all on your Android phone. But be warned: While emulators may be legal (according to Answers.com), using the required ROMs is generally illegal.
This Nintendo 64 emulator application made its debut on to the Android Market last week and is currently selling for just under US$6. The apps developer Yongzh has a number of emulator applications for sale on Google's app marketplace, including apps for various Atari, Sega and other Nintendo consoles.
Yongzh's range of emulators seem to be selling too, with reviews and ratings of these apps in their thousands--the developer is seemingly making a nice profit from what can only be descried as a gateway to illegal activity. Of course, Yongzh isn't alone in producing emulators, and finding those required ROMs is hardly a difficult task.
N64oid is recommended for more high-end smartphones, such as the Droid, Samsung's Galaxy S and Google's Nexus devices.
Will you be giving N64oid a try, or do you think apps like these should not be allowed in the Android Market?
