Samsung Communications has achieved ISO 9001-2008 certification for its quality management system.
The company has exclusive rights to distribute Samsung telephone systems in Australia.
The certification requires organisations to demonstrate consistency in providing customers with products that meet regulatory requirements as well as using systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
“Certainly, for our staff, our ISO certification is another reason to be proud of our ongoing efforts,” Samsung Communications general manager, Brett McInnes, said in a statement.
“For all of our customers across the SMB, corporate and government sectors, the ISO recognition demonstrates our expertise and credentials as a trusted business partner.”
Samsung Communications partners include Telstra Business Systems, M2 Telecommunications, Optus and Engine.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
