IPL Communications has inked a new distribution deal with LG Electronics to take on its digital signage and commercial panels.
The deal will propel IPL into the digital signage arena for the first time. Under the agreement, it will have access to LG’s bespoke panels, information monitors for call centres and specialist digital signage products including the vendor’s latest ‘SuperSign,’ all-in-one digital signage product.
IPL general manager, Paul Scanlan, the relationship will enable it to tap into emerging markets. “It opens a broad range of opportunities for our resellers, equipping them to offer digital signage as part of an end-to-end solution for their customers in key vertical sectors,” Scanlan said. “We see this collaboration as a very strategic move for IPL and expect it will open new markets and partners for IPL as well as driving significant growth.”
In June, IPL partnered with VoIP software vendor, CommSoft RMS.
