Sydney-based distributor, Impact Systems, has recruited Sarkis Eishoui as its new senior business development manager.
Impact managing director, Peter Agamalis, said Eishoui would focus on increasing its product portfolio and establishing better relationships with its resellers.
“Over time as some of our sales staff have come and gone, some reseller relationships have remained somewhat dormant or they haven’t been farmed enough,” Agamalis said. “We’re looking to identify and reignite those relationships.”
Agamalis said he was in discussions with a couple of vendors as the company looked to further expand into supplying more peripherals and accessories.
Prior to joining Impact, Eishoui spent five years at Altech Computers and has also worked at Ingram Micro.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
