Thomas Dureya gains new management team

Five new senior staff either promoted or hired to newly-created roles

Thomas Dureya Consulting has created a new leadership team as it seeks to double its revenue in three years.

The new team will report directly to CEO, Andrew Thomas. It consists of national sales manager, Erez Grushka, who was promoted from a business development manager role within the company; services director Micah Smith, a 10-year Thomas Dureya veteran; head of people and culture, Michelle Vassos; national marketing manager, Rachel Dobney; and chief financial office, Mary Karolyi.

The newly-formed team is part of an initiative within the integrator to build its national revenue base to $100 million within the next three years.

In a release, Thomas said: 'By having such a strong new leadership team, covering core business functions, from finance, through to HR, sales, operations and marketing, Thomas Duryea Consulting is in a very strong position to execute on key strategic initiatives and continue our rapid growth.'

The management team will be based in the Melbourne company headquarters.

The company itself now employs more than 100 staff across Melbourne and Sydney, and reported revenue of $50 million in the 2009/2010 financial year.

Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
