Vocus trades on ASX

Wholesale telecommunications provider, Vocus Group, has begun trading on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: VOC).
“Vocus is delighted to be embarking on this new chapter in its business growth,” Vocus CEO, James Spenceley, said in a statement.
In April, Vocus Group, was acquired by First Opportunity Fund in a $20 million back door listing deal.
At the time, Spenceley said the listing was going to provide access to more funds and the ability to address opportunities in the future.
The wholesaler forecasts pre-tax profits to reach $6.64 million for the year ending June 30.
At the time of publication, the company was trading at $0.60.
