PC reseller, MSY, and National Warranty Services (NWS) have announced a partnership to offer third-party warranties to customers.
Under the new arrangement, MSY will offer a NWS premium warranty on all its PC systems. In addition, MSY will be including NWS warranty products in all future tenders and quotes.
NWS general manager, Don Card, said this was one of a number of new partnerships the warranty provider expected to formalise in the next month.
“We are able to offer a tailored warranty solution depending on the partner’s business requirements,” Card said. “We’ve been in talking with these partners for a long time.”
NWS’s recent growth will also see it move into new premises in the near future, Card added.
In a release, MSY general manager, Wee Chin Toh, said it had been looking to outsource most of its RTB service costs – and related hassles.
“NWS specialises in providing fast high quality service around Australia. This means we can concentrate on building our brand and our market reach. Just this year, we plan to open several more stores around Australia,” he stated.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
