SaaS player to provide cloud services with Informatica

New partnership between Sqware Peg and Informatica to broaden market penetration for the service provider

Australian software-as-a-service provider, Sqware Peg, has partnered with Informatica to bring its cloud to the local market.

The partnership will enable Sqware Peg to resell Informatica’s cloud services solutions in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Managing director, Shawn Stilwell, claimed the new partnership was primarily a mid-market to enterprise play, and had already seen traction in verticals including automotive, telecommunications, business services and education.

Plans start from $1000 a month, and customers will be able to have real-time, two-way integration between and SaaS or an on-premise platform, Salesforce.com and a host system implemented quickly.

“We really felt we needed better tools to manage the SaaS model we’re taking to market,” Stilwell said.

Earlier this year, Square Peg became one of the first local partners to offer an SAP cloud solution.
