- The markets have lost ground following a flat lead from Wall St. and Tony Abbott’s budget reply speech. At 11:23am the S&P/ASX200 was down 49.4 points.
- The Aussie dollar is slightly down and selling for $US0.8945. Gold is rising steadily and sells for $US1238.3 an ounce while oil prices have fallen to $US73.8 an ounce.
