Both will directly report to CEO Tim Reed. O’Hanlon will be responsible for creating, communicating and executing MYOB’s strategic initiatives. Before joining the company, he was a senior vice-president of Oracle. Raik-Allen will be responsible for driving MYOB’s digital vision and bringing new products to the market. He previously worked on the Telstra BigPond News portal website, and has held positions with Sony, AOL, eBay, National Australia Bank, and the Victorian Government.
In a statement, Reed said the company spent the past year consolidating its internal processes. They included putting a strong executive team in place.
"2010 will be an exciting year for MYOB as we increase our R&D investment and launch a number of new innovations," Reed said.
In July last year, MYOB appointed Manaccom to help distribute products to select retailers.
