SMB reseller, Nexus IT, has taken out the Symantec Security Challenge.
The competition, which was open to all Symantec distribution and reseller partners, was designed to promote the easy-to-install nature of the vendor’s Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition suite. Respondents were asked to put together a 3-minute video or written submission showing how they were able to install the product for an organisation of up to 100 seats within 20 minutes. They also had to discuss why Endpoint protection was so important to business.
In the Nexus multimedia submission, its principal, Sean Murphy, took viewers clearly through the install process from his own desk. For its efforts, Nexus will now receive a $1000 Myer gift voucher.
