- Oracle has overhauled its partner program.

State of the market
- The markets opened down after gold and energy stocks fell after price of gold and oil fell during weekend offshore trading. However, it rebounded strongly in afternoon trading after news that Dubai had received $10 billion from Abu Dahbi to help pay off debt. At close of trading, the S&P/ASX200 was up 18.8 points at 4654.0.
- The Aussie dollar was down 0.42 per cent at $US0.9087. Gold prices lost any gains made late last week dropping $US6.60 to sit at $US1119.6 an ounce while oil prices continued to fall losing $US0.89 to reach US69.7 a barrel.
