  • The markets are still skittish and shed early gains in the afternoon. At close of trading the S&P/ASX200 was down 8.9 points at 4531.5.
  • The Aussie dollar is up again to $US0.9039, but expect more movement following the Reserve Bank’s decision on interest rates today. Gold is up to $US1050.4 an ounce while oil has risen to $US78.1 a barrel
