What opportunities does BigAir provide for resellers?

JA: BigAir provides services to both the wholesale channel as well as the reseller channel. Wholesale partners may market our services under their own brand to their existing customer base and act as the primary point of customer contact for all pre- and post-sales support including order management, customer care and billing. Some BigAir wholesale partners also interconnect their network with our network at a datacentre in order to provision private links and to add their own data services on top. The BigAir reseller program allows partners to resell BigAir services to their customers and prospects and receive ongoing commissions for these sales. The program is ideally suited to companies with an interest and competency in network and data services.

These include:

  • Convergence solution providers
  • Value-added resellers
  • Network and systems integrators.

Wholesaler partner benefits encompass:

  • Recurring Revenue - Competitive wholesale rates combined with BigAir's national network enable partners to build a recurring revenue stream from broadband subscribers.
  • Layer 2 and Layer 3 services - Build wireless VPN and Internet products to offer customers
  • Interconnect with BigAir's network - Giving partners the ability to purchase BigAir services at great rates with ongoing volume breaks on services
  • Support - BigAir has experienced engineers to assist with technical questions
  • Training - BigAir provides comprehensive and targeted training, which includes extensive sales and technical training.
