"The DVBT-C30 Classic, DVBT-MP32 Multimedia Plus and DVBT-ST35 Slim Touch are available through distributors Ingram Micro and Synnex"
They may do better if they offered them through some decent distributors instead of the two worst distributors you could ever have the misfortune of having to deal with, in Australia.

customer service v price
I wonder the logic in dealing with a disti with good customer service over the 2 largest IT distributors in Australia. If you are happy with paying a premium price then enjoy your customer service.. Its all about setting expectations with Ingram and Synnex, I have and am treated fine and get the best pricing out of all the IT disti's as Ingram and Synnex will beat any quoted price.

Shallow minds
Mr. "I deal with companies who know the meaning of customer service"... Please take your shallow little mind out of the gutter, and face reality. Its all about the price, and price is most important. Would probably the main form, these distributors helping you in your business. Customer service might be secondary. Guess you've not been seeing much profit lately huh? Yeah, too much thinking of customer service.
You just got yourself OWNED!
