Infrastructure distributor, Express Data, has earned a place on the 2009 Hewitt Best Employer list across A/NZ for the third year in a row.
In a statement, Express Data managing director, Ross Cochrane, said its accreditation highlighted the employee-focused attitude and reflected the strength and commitment of its staff. He added the award was one of the highest accolades it could receive.
“We are strong believers in the balanced scorecard as a business methodology and the very foundation of that is the engagement that the business has with its employees,” Cochrane stated. “We employ the right people, we work with them to build state of the art systems and processes and we understand that our relationships with out people always need to be based on a fair exchange of reward for effort.”
Express Data was first named as a Hewitt Best Employer back in 2006/2007.
To achieve accreditation, the distributor had to meet Hewitt’s benchmarks for employee engagement through staff surveys, as well as pass onsite audits around corporate initiatives and data accuracy.
