Electronics vendor, Samsung, has appointed a new state manager for Victoria.
According to a statement, Jason Woods joined the company in July after working in Fujifilm and LG.
He will be responsible for the Samsung Victoria sales and administration teams.
Woods replaces Adrian Barker, who has been moved to Sydney to take on the role of NSW state manager.
The appointment is the latest in a series of management moves by the vendor. S.R. Yoon became Samsung Electronics Australia’s managing director earlier this month and general manager of retail sales, Mark Beard, was made redundant.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
