Fujitsu subsidiary, Supply Chain Consulting, has continued to build on its relationship with ASICS by implementing a new SAP rollout.
ASICS has been a Supply Chain Consulting customer for the past three years. Under the new deal it will implement Business Intelligence (SAP BI 7.0), Xcelsius Enterprise, Crystal Reports and BusinessObjects Edge as well as the SAP Solutions Manager system.
Supply Chain Consulting account executive, Duncan Journee, said while it was a relatively small deal, ASICS was an important customer for the integrator.
“It’s a big brand globally,” Journee said. “We’re servicing about 150 customers at the moment – and the BusinessObjects Edge part of the rollout is a new but important area for SAP.”
Fujitsu acquired Supply Chain Consulting for $48 million earlier this year to expand its SAP capabilities. Journee said the integration of the companies was going well.
“It’s a combination that is doing well at the moment as we’re SAP specialists who can leverage off the other capabilities Fujitsu brings to the market,” he said.
