Avaya integrator, NSC, has further extended its SME customer portfolio through a contact centre tender win with student recruitment provider, Hobsons.
The deal involved the implementation of an Avaya S8300 server and G450 gateway, Avaya Communication Manager 5, Avaya Contact Centre Express and Contact Centre Elite, Call Management System reporting package, 110 IP handsets and Enterasys switches.
Additionally, NSC will provide three years of support to Hobsons. NSC CEO, Craig Neil, said the deal was worth around $250,000 and the integrator was seeing a trend in SMEs looking for similar kinds of solutions.
“There’s growing pressure for SMEs to put in proper contact centre technology,” Neil said.
“A lot of organisations of that size have been getting by with using old PABX solutions, and are finding themselves right on the brink now – the savings that a proper solution can create are quire significant,” he said.
The deal comes on the back of a number of Avaya wins for NSC, including a large win with Macquarie University and a somewhat unique rollout for Vision Australia
