ASX listed integrator, CSG (ASX: CSV), will acquire Delexian as part of its Oracle expansion plans.
The acquisition is subject to final contract execution which is expected within the next 14 days.
In a release to the ASX, CSG CEO, Denis Mackenzie said the acquisition reinforces its strategic focus to build the integrator’s Oracle practice.
“Delexian significantly adds to both our client and skills base within the Oracle technology stack,” Mackenzie said in the release. “It adds greater depth to our project competencies allowing us to better leverage the opportunities obtainable from our long term managed services clients.”
Delexian is an Oracle partner with a presence in Perth, Melbourne and Canberra.
CSG has been busy of late, announcing a $65 million deal with the Victorian government early in July, while it shed 100 staff a month earlier.
