Contact centre integrator, GlobalConnect, has become a Verint Advanced Partner.
Verint produces workforce optimisation solutions for contact centres as well as remote offices, branch and back office operations environments.
Managing director of GlobalConnect, Pushkar Taneja, said the integrator had been working with Verint previously, but the time was good to engage with the vendor on a strategic level.
“The partnership gives us various touch points in analytics and back-end process environments,” Taneja said. “It expands out our offerings nicely and we’ve seen a good response from our customers to Verint – we’ve already done work with a couple of our major customers.”
Verint technology has found its way into a number of large contract wins already this year. Health Insurer, HCF, Woolworths, and the NSW Department of Community Services have all selected Verint technology for tenders.
Taneja said the integrator was also currently looking for a strategic level partner to tackle data environments, and is also interested in video conferencing solutions.
“We’re also keen to develop some value-add partnerships around our core strategic offerings,” he added.
Verint A/NZ managing director, Zwicka Ben-Zion, said the partnership would allow GlobalConnect better access to resources and better allow it to be a arm for the vendor in the market.
"We have two Premier partners, and below that, two partners at the Advanced level," he said. "We've worked with GlobalConnect in the past, and believe the upgrade in status will be advantageous for us both."
