Alloys has revamped its website with new ordering and search functionality. Formerly known as Alloys International, the site makeover is a part of re-launching the printing and imaging distributor back into the market place and garner broader awareness in the channel, marketing manager, Kane Ford, said.

The distributor’s online portal company website still retains existing product information but includes more search functions to increase navigation expedience, along with product campaigns and tools. It also incorporates all Alloys divisions which previously ran separate websites including Network Video and Security, Home Automation and the Alloys Reseller Finance arm, Alloys Assist.

The changes were based on feedback from resellers and channel partners. Ford highlighted the new site as an information hub for customers.

“We now have added resources such as press releases and news items to make it more of an information website,” he said.

Alloys is already seeing a spike in online traffic, according to Ford. Further alterations to the website are still on the agenda.

“This is stage one of the website overhaul,” he said. “Over the coming months, we will be adding new features to the website.”

The old www.alloysonline.com.au site will run for the next four weeks to redirect visitors to the new site.
