Melbourne-based IT services company Netsolutions announced two new appointments, with Erin Harte taking the reigns as general manager, and Richard Savage as principal consultant.
Harte, formally general manager at technology investment firm GGI, has been tasked with helping to grow the company, which specialises in providing technical and professional services to Juniper Networks and IBM customers.
“Juniper Networks and IBM are key partners for Netsolutions and part of my role will be to ensure that we maximise future opportunities in the market through continuing to work closely together,” Harte said.
Savage, an IT security specialist who joins the company from Juniper Networks, said he is looking forward to working with Netsolutions’ customer base.
“It’s important, particularly in the current economic climate, that an IT infrastructure supports the business and helps drive efficiencies rather than challenges it,” Savage said.
Netsolutions customers include Australia Post, Village Roadshow, Catholic Education Office (Victoria and South Australia), Deakin and Adelaide Universities, Lockheed Martin and BUPA Health.
