Oakton has recruited former ASG manager, Richie Malin
ASX-listed services provider, Oakton (ASX:OKN), has recruited former ASG manager, Richie Malin, as location services manager for package solutions in NSW. His top priority will be to grow its ERP practice across SAP, Microsoft and Oracle solutions in the government and enterprise sectors.
Malin has more than 20 years of experience in the IT consulting services industry including stints with Data General across the UK, US and Australia. He was managing director and co-founder of Sysao, an IT service company in the UK.
Malin returned to Australia in 2005 after the company was sold off and most recently headed up ASG’s ERP solutions business.
In a statement, Oakton CEO, Neil Wilson, said the company was pleased to have Malin as part of the team and showed its commitment to provide the best industry knowledge services for clients.
An Oakton spokesperson declined to comment on Malin’s predecessor.
Nominations for the 2012 ARN IT Industry Awards open on Tuesday, June 12.
