PKBA has won a multi-million dollar contract with Philip Morris
PKBA has won a multi-million dollar contract with tobacco company, Philip Morris, marking the completion of the transformation of the Invizage business acquired by the managed services provider in 2007.
The multi-year contract is for help desk managed services, in which PKBA will provide IT services for the manufacturing company and its satellite locations.
PKBA director of business development, Conrad Hilder, said the win will lead to further opportunities with Philip Morris.
“The partnership with Philip Morris is in its early stages still. We see this as a cornerstone in the partnership,” he said.
Hilder added PKBA’s strategy in the New Year would be to continue to focus on delivering managed services to SMB, mid-market and regional Australia, where it has seen less of a downturn in business due to the economy.
PKBA purchased the Invizage business in 2007 as part of growth plans that also saw i Townsville Lane late in 2007.
