Rapidly-growing project services firm, PM-Partners, has developed a project delivery methodology for ICT services provider, AWA.
PM-Partners CEO, Phil Belcher, said the deal was a significant one for the company, as it represented a new aspect of a long-standing relationship.
"We've done project management work with AWA in the past. This represents an opportunity to develop a closer relationship with them," Belcher said.
The new methodology is designed to improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and grow AWA’s IT systems deployment and project services business, which currently comprises 20-30 per cent of the service provider’s revenue base.
Belcher said PM-Partners was experiencing 50 per cent growth year-on-year and employs over 65 people across its services business.
"With organisations looking to strip some costs at the moment, running project management offices is a good opportunity for us," he said.
