Iconiq has become the first retail reseller of Fuji Xerox’s managed print service, PagePack.
Western Australia-based point-of-sale provider, Iconiq, has become the first retail reseller of Fuji Xerox’s managed print service, PagePack.
Iconiq director, Michael Ursino, said the ability to provide fixed cost colour printing as part of its total offering was critical.
Iconiq provide its managed print service program, PageIQ, to its retail customers.
“We’ve worked with a number of printer vendors in the past and we’ve found that Fuji Xerox has a solution that benefits our business and for us in the retail environment. It’s a compelling offering to provide fixed cost colour printing,” he said. “Our core product, SignIQ, is a software solution for producing signage and labelling in-store for retailers. PageIQ solves a fundamental problem that all retailers have in being able to produce low-cost, high quality and high-speed printing.”
Using PageIQ, customers have the ability to complete printing requirements in-house and can accurately budget and forecast their printing costs, Ursino said.
Fuji Xerox’s managed print program, which was announced in August, offers a fixed price per page model and provides an infrastructure for resellers to implement their own managed print program for their customers.
“Iconiq are a perfect example of what we’re trying to achieve,” Fuji Xerox marketing manager, Tom Lewis, said. “We're providing the back-end and infrastructure to enable them to implement a customised print management program for their own specialised vertical market in their own geographic region.”
