Happen Jim 2 Business Engine Photocopy Edition

This all-in-one accounting and workflow solution is aimed at automating processes within the photocopier and office equipment industry. Happen's Jim 2 Business Engine Photocopy Edition software features automated pricing for individual machines and contracts, 'Ready for invoice' details available immediately following a photocopy meter being read/recorded, and automated page meter-billing. Users can add jobs and the software links the right consumables to each photocopier. The software also provides a machine-centric view of all activities related to a specific photocopier including original sale, page counts and billing, tasks, related sales, as well as service and maintenance jobs. With the Jim 2 Photocopy Edition users can manage thousands of machines under a standard monthly contract or a time and material-based arrangement. The photocopy edition includes the functionality of Happen's Jim 2 Business Engine Premium Edition, enabling users to manage every aspect of their business workflow cycle - from stock control, sales and service to customer contact. The vendor claims office equipment businesses using Jim 2 Scheduling can move away from a break-fix business model to a fully managed service business by providing regular maintenance for clients' machines both on-site and remotely. Jim 2 PE allows for detailed profit reporting for any date range, including from a machine by ID or serial number, specific customer or site or contact type.
