ISPhone and CallTime aim at the enterprise

Julia Talevski  06 September, 2006 12:24:11

VoIP wholesaler, ISPhone, has struck a new alliance with communications integrator, CallTime Solutions.

ISPhone chief operating officer, Robert Hayden, said CallTime allowed it to infiltrate the call centre and multi-location enterprise market. Together, the pair will deliver VoIP services, project management systems and systems integration. Previously, ISPhone had only offered VoIP gateways and IPBXs, while CallTime offered AnyContact and AnyMedia call centre services.

"We didn't really have a call centre solution and we felt that what CallTime was offering could integrate well with our CRM applications," Hayden said. "It also had the strongest Microsoft-based solution on offer.

"We will still focus on our current market segments but this allows us to offer a rounder product portfolio."

CallTime general manager, Troy Roberts, said the partnership would help it bring new customers onboard.

"This is a significant step for us because ISPhone is one of our first partners and we are keen to see it bring more business to the table," he said. "This partnership can help leverage our professional services and our ability to install and support customers."
