VoIP wholesaler, ISPhone, is offering bundled business-grade VoIP services to resellers after striking a partnership with Arrow Voice & Data.
The deal will see Arrow carry ISPhone's VoIP calls across its high-speed Symmetric High-Bit-Rate Digital Subscriber Loop (SHDSL) data network.
ISPhone partnered with Arrow after a successful trial with the telecommunications company nine months ago.
Managing director, Gavin McDougal, said Arrow was one of the only companies that had true business-grade SHDSL service.
The partnership was important to ISPhone as it allowed the provider to supply end-to-end business-grade solutions to its customers, he said.
"One of the big problems VoIP providers are facing today is the inability to control the data stream at the tail-end," McDougal said. "But now our customers will be able to have an service level agreement from the point of where they make their call all the way to the end of the service."
McDougal expected 50 per cent of ISPhone's channel partners would start offering bundled voice services within the next six months.
